Looking to get an annual tourist card? You can find the application here. It’s required for all our seasonal camping options.

Need cash? An ATM is conveniently located in the neighbouring harbour, just 300m from our campsite. You can also withdraw money while shopping at the Nah & Frisch market nearby (only EC card, no credit cards).

You can pick up the key for the baby bath at reception. The room includes a small tub—perfect for freshening up your little ones after a fun day at the beach.

Craving fresh bread for breakfast? You’ll find delicious bread rolls in our on-site shop from April to October. Alternatively, there’s another small shop in the village that offers them.

Barbecues are allowed only at your own pitch. Open fires are prohibited throughout the campsite. During forest fire risk levels 3, 4, and 5, charcoal barbecues are also not allowed.

Our barrier-free bathroom is available with a key from reception.

At the campsite exit, you’ll discover our cozy Flying Library. A quick stop here is a must for all book lovers!

Enjoy easy access to the beach via eight entry points, just 200–300m from your pitch. Simply walk through the unlocked gates and find your perfect spot on the sandy shore. Our entrance barrier uses license plate recognition, allowing only authorized vehicles. Please note, the entrance is closed during quiet hours but exits are always possible in emergencies.

Check-in is from 11:00 am on your arrival day. If your pitch isn’t occupied by 7:00 pm and no late arrival arrangement has been made, we may reassign it.

Please vacate your pitch by 10:00 am on your departure day and leave it clean. Refunds aren’t available for early departures unless you present a medical certificate.

Cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival. For shorter notice, your deposit will be retained as a processing fee. We recommend travel insurance for added security.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash. There’s even a dog beach access point right at the campsite!

Drinking water points are available for filling bottles. Please don’t use these for washing or brushing your teeth.

In emergencies, a defibrillator is located at reception.

Electricity is charged per kilowatt-hour, and a CEE adapter is needed for connection. More details here.

Reserve one of our four family bathrooms when booking your pitch early. These include a shower, tub, toilet, and sink, plus a space to leave and lock your toiletries. Minimum booking is 3 nights. Prices are listed here.

Grab a bite at our on-site bistro or check out nearby restaurants here.

We exchange 5kg and 11kg gray steel gas cylinders. Just ask at reception!

For groceries, visit the Nah & Frisch market or head to supermarkets in Sellin, Baabe, or Göhren.

We offer free Wi-Fi, but speeds may vary depending on campsite activity. Mobile phone networks generally work well but can have occasional coverage issues.

Laundry facilities are in Sanitary 1, with tokens available at reception. Detergent is sold in small portions in our shop.

You’ll find a letterbox near the reading telephone box at the campsite exit.

Arriving late? Let us know! With your license plate registered, you can enter the site independently until 11:00 pm and check in the next morning.

Late check-out (afternoon/evening) is possible if your pitch isn’t rebooked. Please arrange this when you arrive.

Cars are parked at your booked pitch. During check-in or barrier closing times, you can use the parking lot in front of the barrier.

Kids can enjoy our playground and ping pong table for free!

Permanent camping isn’t available on our campsite.

We do offer over 330 pitches for tents, motorhomes, and caravans, ranging from approx. 20m² to 80m².

Quiet hours are 1:00–3:00 pm and 11:00 pm–7:00 am. Motor vehicles are restricted during these times, though exits are allowed for valid reasons.

No bike? No problem! Rent bikes, e-bikes, or trailers through our partner Zweirad-Tilly.

We have two modern sanitary blocks and three toilet facilities. Showers require coins (€0.50/2 min or €1.00/4 min). Change is available at reception. Toilets are accessible except during cleaning times.

For information about Mönchgut, visit tourist offices in Middelhagen or Thiessow if our reception is busy.

Smaller pitches for tents are available at reduced rates, ideal for cyclists or compact cars.

Always carry your tourist card for free local transport, discounts, and more. Tourist tax applies daily, including arrival and departure days. A 50% discount on the tourist tax is available for individuals with a disability of 80% or more.

In emergencies, use the barrier’s emergency button for access. Fire and rescue services have their own transponders.

Visitors are always welcome! Just let reception know when they arrive.

Please separate waste and use the designated bins at our central disposal area.

Wastewater and chemical toilets can be emptied at the designated points—please avoid using drinking water stations for this purpose.
